The primary objective is to teach youngsters good sportsmanship, moral, and fair play. It is the intention of each coach to instill in each player, the confidence and fundamentals needed to support each part of the entire team. Each child will realize the importance of hard work and dedication

Spartans Mission is to:

· Promote and uphold team spirit, unity and pride.

· Represent Glendale Heights to the highest degree.

· Set an example of good behavior and sportsmanship at all times, on and off the field.

· Promote friendships with each other and with teams with whom we compete and perform.

· Promote the development of lifelong values and skills.

We are committed to providing a wholesome environment for athletic competition;

instilling in our youth the challenge of competition including the joy of victory and the reality

of defeat, along with the importance of commitment and the spirit of community.

We are dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of football and cheerleading including

teamwork, sportsmanship, fair play, respect, integrity and FUN.

When an individual coach takes the time to teach or show they care, not for the reason
"because they have to” but because they want to – They become HEROES.
